Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communication initiatives. The role involves creating visually compelling designs that align with Companys brand guidelines across digital print and event-related collateral. The ideal candidate should be able to translate technical and marketing requirements into clear impactful visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including brochures flyers posters banners datasheets presentations and emailers
- Create digital assets for social media website online campaigns and paid promotions
- Design event-related materials such as stand graphics backdrops invitations signage and giveaways
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency with Megger brand guidelines
- Work closely with the Marketing Sales and Product teams to understand requirements and timelines
- Adapt global marketing assets for local use when required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Coordinate with printers and vendors for print-ready files and quality checks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant graphic design experience (B2B or corporate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layouts typography color theory and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing both digital and print creatives
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with PowerPoint design and corporate presentations
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects / Premiere Pro)
- Familiarity with social media formats and digital marketing requirements
- Experience working with brand guidelines in a global organization
