Data Integration Support Engineer (L2/L3)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilledSSISSupport Engineer to monitor troubleshoot
and maintainSSISpackages in our production and development
environments. The role requires strong problem-solving skills
experience with SQL Server and the ability to analyze and resolve
ETL-related issues promptly.
Responsibilities
MonitorSSISpackage executions and troubleshoot failures
Perform root cause analysis for recurring ETL failures or data
issues
Manage SQL Server Agent jobs and ensure SLAs are met
Handle support tickets incident reporting and communication with
business/data teams
Validate data loads check data integrity and perform data
reconciliations
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
Maintain logging alerts and email notifications inSSISpackages
Support deployments and configuration management across Lookup
environments
Required Skills
3 years hands-on experience withSSISdevelopment/support
Strong T-SQL scripting and debugging skills
Familiar with variousSSIScomponents like Script Task Merge
Join Conditional Split etc.
Proficient in debuggingSSISpackages and reading execution logs
Experience in handling flat files Excel Oracle APIs and other
data sources
Good understanding of error handling and event logging inSSIS
Experience with job scheduling using SQL Server Agent or similar
tools
Exposure to ticketing tools (e.g. Jira ServiceNow)
Azure Synapse- Databricks
Required Skills
experience in Azure Synapse Analytics (Pipelines SQL Pools)
Azure Databricks is required.
Proficient in writing T-SQL queries for performance
Familiarity Spark Notebooks Delta Lake concepts (if using serverless
pools)
Familiarity with CI/CD and Azure DevOps for pipeline deployments
Nice to Have:
Familiarity Azure Data Lake Gen2 and storage integration
Basic experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
SSIS Support- Azure Cloud
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with SSIS development/support
Azure Cloud ETL Tools like: Azure Synapse Databricks.

Experience with SSAS and SSMS
