Job Summary

The Manager Field Sales will lead and motivate a team of field sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets within their assigned territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the continued growth and success of TD SYNNEX Brasils market presence.


Job Responsibilities

Lead mentor and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives providing guidance coaching and performance feedback to drive individual and team success.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and surpass sales quotas and business objectives.
Monitor sales team performance analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement and growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and sales challenges working cross-functionally to find resolutions.
Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide in-the-moment coaching and support and to engage directly with key clients.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing product management and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts reports and business reviews to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand TD SYNNEX Brasils reach and market share.
Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and ethical stan

Job Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead role preferably within the IT distribution or technology sector.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Solid understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales plans.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally throughout Brazil.
