Summary: To process the shipping and receiving of parts through the Parts Department.

Summary: To process the shipping and receiving of parts through the Parts Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Controls receipt of inventory
- Advise and sell parts to retail customers actively promoting retail sale of parts and accessories that add value and utility to customer-owned vehicles
- Sell parts to wholesale customers stressing advice service and prompt delivery to help grow business
- Receives incoming shipments checking the packing slip with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before placement in appropriate warehouse location
- Identifies and reports all overages and shortages
- Stocks parts and accessories in correct bin locations
- Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders
- Performs inventory test counts as directed by management
- Loads and unloads trucks
- Maintains an organized clean and safe work area
- Participates in required training
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
- Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Desired Education:
o GED
- High School Diploma
o Associate Degree
Education/Experience:
Previous Parts experience 1-2 years desired
Previous warehouse experience desired.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Drivers License
- Pass Background Screen
- Pass Drug Test Screen
