Job Summary
Welcome
As part of the founding team in Gothenburg you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small dedicated team you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market.Youll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.
What can you expect
- Take ownership as a project manager in technical and industrial environments
- Manage traditional and agile projects within R&D engineering or production areas
- Create change: Manage agile and traditional project teams in the development of complex systems in the areas of hardware software and mechanics
- Generate impact: Develop and implement standardized processes methods and tools for project management
- Work operationally: As a project manageroptimize cooperation with customers suppliers in terms of time cost and quality
- Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Help building INVENSITYs business in Sweden and work in professional international teams
- Share and expand your technical expertise: A steep learning curve awaits you through workshops and coaching sessions within your specialist department
Your profile
- Degree in Industrial engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical engineering or similar fields of study
- Minimum three years of experience in project management and a basic technical understanding
- Knowledge of Scrum Kanban Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and assertiveness
- Strong skills in planning reporting documentation & risk handling
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
- Business fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
