Assistant Production Manager
Café Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12 branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation for fresh healthy and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over 15000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.

We have several part-time and full-time positions available at our food preparation facility in Hastings Hawkes Bay.
The main responsibilities of the Assistant Production Manager role are:
- Ensure the manufacturing plant is clean at all times
- Keep the premise hazard free at all times
- Ensure all cooking & production schedules are implemented
- Ensure all batch production procedures are adhered
- Ensure all company policies and business procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure all HR policies and procures are implemented
- Supervise to ensure all staff members are adequately trained and performing to expectations.
- Supervise to ensure all company and legal record keeping requirements are met at all times
- Supervise to ensure the company revenues are maximised by achieving production targets and reducing wastage.
- Assist the Distribution Manager as required within the scope of food production.
Requirements
What you will bring:
- One years experience in food manufacturing
- One years experience supervising a team
- Exceptional food preparation skills
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with minimum contracted hours of between 30 and 40 per week. We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week including public holidays. Weekend availability is desired but can be negotiated.

Required Skills:
What you will bring: A qualification or industry training credential in Food & Beverage or hospitality is desired but not essential. Proven experience of 1 years in the retail and/or hospitality industries. A passion for customer service and a commitment to satisfying company standards. Hours of Work This is a full-time position with minimum contracted hours of between 30 and 40 per week. Required Education:
A trade certificate or diploma in business or hospitality.
