Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Technical Consultant with 69 years of hands-on expertise in implementing customizing and supporting Zuora solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of subscription billing invoicing payments integrations and automation and will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient billing and revenue operations solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement configure and support Zuora Billing and Payments solutions across complex enterprise environments.
  

• Develop and customize Zuora workflows objects product catalog rate plans and billing rules to meet business and financial requirements.
  

• Design develop and maintain custom integrations using Zuora REST and SOAP APIs data sources and reporting tools.
  

• Integrate Zuora with external enterprise systems including Salesforce NetSuite Oracle ERP platforms CRM systems and payment gateways.
  

• Build optimize and maintain data pipelines and automate recurring billing and financial processes to reduce manual effort.
  

• Configure and manage Zuora tenant settings subscription lifecycle events amendments renewals and billing schedules.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues perform root cause analysis and provide ongoing operational and technical support.
  

• Develop and execute unit integration and regression test cases to ensure solution quality and stability.
  

• Collaborate closely with business analysts finance accounting and IT teams to validate requirements and identify opportunities for system optimization.
  

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives platform enhancements and best practices for Zuora implementation and adoption.
  

• Support documentation knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 69 years of hands-on experience in Zuora implementation customization and production support.
  

• Strong expertise in Zuora Billing Payments Invoicing and Subscription Management.
  

• Proven experience working with Zuora REST and SOAP APIs for integrations and automation.
  

• Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Java Python JavaScript and SQL.
  

• Experience integrating Zuora with ERP CRM and financial systems.
  

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Experience in client-facing roles managing deliverables timelines and stakeholder expectations.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  

Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial operations automation and billing process optimization.
  

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
  

• Zuora certifications (Billing Payments or Platform) are preferred but not mandatory.
  

• Prior experience in subscription-based or SaaS business models.
