Maintain system stability performance and security in line with best practices.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide root-cause analysis with permanent solutions.
Ensure proper data structures naming conventions and governance standards are enforced.
Maintain documentation for system configurations workflows and integration points.
Provide training and guidance to teams to ensure efficient use of Jira.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and propose enhancements to optimize Jira usage.
Requirements
Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator / Jira Expert.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software Jira Service Management Confluence).
Proven experience designing and optimizing Jira workflows and automation.
Strong understanding of system architecture integrations and API-based connectivity.
Experience managing user permissions schemes roles and global configurations.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Jira solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and documentation discipline.
