Deliverables:

Over the duration of engagement the data modelling resource will be responsible for the following key deliverables:

• Support the advancement of an OH data roadmap of the EHR include envisioning a Digital Health Data Dictionary (DHDD) of which the foundations of metadata management tooling and OIDs/URIs database updates are key inputs.
  
• Advance the implementation of tooling in metadata management at OH.
  

Responsibilities:

• Working in collaboration with cross-functional teamsincluding clinical product and development stakeholders to advance the development of a Digital Health Data Dictionary (DHDD).
  
• Provide strategic guidance to support the implementation of a metadata management tool proof of concept.
  

Desired Skills:

• Excellent strategic thinking facilitation and communication skills including ability to translate complex concepts into plain-language visuals or briefings.
  
• Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems used throughout the province of Ontario.

Requirements

Must Haves:

• 7 years Experience working across cross-functional teamsincluding clinical product and development stakeholders.
  
• 7 years Experience in developing processes and procedures for implementing deliverables related to metadata management.
  
• 7 years Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices.
  
• 7 years Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written and strong partner engagement skills.
  

Required Skills:

• Experience working across cross-functional teamsincluding clinical product and development stakeholders and provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
  
• Experience in developing processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.
  
• Experience and/or knowledge implementing metadata tooling and solutions.
  

Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:

• Experience working across cross-functional teamsincluding clinical product and development stakeholders.
  
• Experience and/or knowledge implementing metadata tooling and solutions.
  
• Experience in facilitating assessments as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable.
  
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices.
