A Day in the Life

Your CTO client just isin desperate need of an Application an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical ofBusiness Development Managerandexperienced sales leaderyou will workwith high caliberRecruitersto fulfillexciting project and direct-hire positionsin the areas of may include and not be limited to:Application DevelopmentNetwork Engineering CIOs CTOs and more.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sell complex strategic IT solutions staffing and consulting projects in your local market while cross-selling across national practices and sister offices.
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls ad calls skills marketing email social media in-person meetings and other methods.
  • Establish and conduct client visits according toperformancegoals.
  • Actively develop andmaintaina target account list.
  • Generate new job orders according to performance objectives.
  • Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Achieve performance objectives relating to activity and revenue according to job level and line of business.
  • ConsistentlyutilizeBullhorn to log all activity notes and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Education/Experience:

  • BachelorsDegreeplus5 to 7 yearstechnologysales and/or staffingexperience.
  • Activeand/or leadingmemberof technologynetworkinggroups withproven success in technology salesor staffing.
  • Established reputation and network within the IT community in your respective market.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

  • Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized detailed andresults driven.

Travel:

<10% -Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites

Determiningcompensationfor this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individuals skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications office location and other geographic considerations as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.An applicant may also be eligible to participate in certain incentivecompensationprograms based on achieving certain performance targets set forth each year and subject to the incentivecompensationplans terms and individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical dental and vision benefits as well as the companys 401(k) retirement plan.

Salary Range for this role:

$55000 - $90000 USD
