Responsibilities
- Incumbent will be responsible for invoice preparation.
- Tracking handling & preparation of expenses for all vendor and auditors
- Liaison with clients for invoicing related activities
- Perform various analysis and not limited to:
- Ageing Collection
- Revenue Projection
- Performa Invoice
- Coordinate with client and facility to travel management for critical cases as per requirement
- Submit proforma invoice on time and follow up for invoices and payments
- Maintain various trackers for revenue proposal signed proposals
