The Device Engineering Manager leads a team of technical professionals responsible for the strategic direction implementation and support of end-user computing technologies across the City. This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership in modernizing desktop services managing enterprise mobility and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with Citywide IT standards.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Infrastructure Services in the Security and Infrastructure Division the manager will oversee operations involving Operating System imaging for computers & mobile devices application packaging and deployment printer backend management and incident response. They will also serve as a technical advisor to City departments guiding modernization efforts and ensuring alignment with governance and ITSM standards.

Salary Range:The full salary range for this position is $60.10 - $90.16 per hour. The salary for this position has been identified up to $85.00/hour depending on experience.
