Job Summary
QA Automation at OMNIC

We seek talented individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and automate backend and frontend testing to improve product quality and enhance testing efficiency.
Mission
- To ensure high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients while actively contributing to sustainable practices in logistics retail and HoReCa.
- To drive innovation through effective automation and quality assurance methodologies.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of experience in QA Automation focusing on backend testing.
- English language (B2 - level)
- Proficient in Python and familiar with testing frameworks.
- Experience with web UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium WebDriver Playwright).
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and experience testing distributed systems.
- Experience in API testing and working with tools such as Postman.
- Practical experience with Git Jira and CI/CD systems (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.
- Experience with load testing tools (JMeter k6).
Key Responsibilities
- Automate backend microservices testing using Python.
- Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend applications (React Native) including the user and admin portals.
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous testing and ensure high release quality.
- Develop automated testing tools/framework components to support other QA engineers.
- Create and keep test documentation up to date in Confluence and Jira.
- Analyze and localize defects in a distributed system and log them in Jira.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in planning and retrospective sessions and contribute to improving existing testing processes.
