Join us as Sr Production Director (Packing) where you can truly make a difference build and optimize our production processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Promote and ensure the integrity of employees through the implementation of robust security tools.
  • Collaborate with other sites to maintain and improve standard methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards including Product Safety QA Handbook IMS OHSAS 18001 ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
  • Fulfill and optimize production plans ensuring resource maximization and sequence accuracy.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to critical metrics across various areas such as maintenance logistics production and training.
  • Deploy business strategies effectively within your team.
  • Complete HR processes including IDP Merit and PRP or equivalent experience.
  • Identify and develop the proficiencies of team members through continuous training feedback and support.
  • Support the continuous improvement program using LCI tools.
  • Analyze and provide information for Local Consolidation and Capacity Review.
  • Evaluate and determine the feasibility of long-term production plans (3-12 months).
  • Guide and lead employees from support functions encouraging collaboration and leadership.

Do you have what it takes

  • Proven experience in Production or Operations management at Director level.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with the capacity to encourage and direct teams toward reaching ambitious objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of global compliance standards and balanced logistics practices.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities capable of developing and sustaining strategic partnerships.
