As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform we are expanding ourhybridBengalurubasedteam. We are looking for anOutreach Specialist to contribute to our mission by helping us to recruit healthcare providers toparticipatein impactful and rewarding research opportunities.

HowYoullMake an Impact:

Recruitnewhealthcareprofessionals(doctors nurses techniciansetc)toparticipatein paid market researchvia phone and email

Remindexisting members who have agreed toparticipatein market researchof opportunities associated with their account via phone and email

Deliver clear and effective written and verbal communication in English to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Aska series of scripted questions over the telephone todeterminewhether research opportunities fit the prospective participants experience

Use Excel Outlook Teams and Salesforce to track efforts and communicate across departments

Work both independently and with colleagues and senior staff to support production

Support operations team with independently managed phone-based tasks such as reminder confirmation and scheduling calls to participants in research studies

Ensureproductiongoals of needed participantsare met through effective execution

Provide proactive feedback about production barriers to senior team members and problem solve to address them

WhatWereLooking For:

1 years of experience inEnglishoutbound or inbound call center operations including market research customer service or sales preferably withinthe healthcare or life sciences industry.

A proactive and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High levelofproficiencyin English enabling the ability toconfidently and effectively engage with physician offices and other key contacts

Strong communicationskills both written and verbal and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite (Excel Outlook Teams)

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment while navigating challenges collaboratively.

High attention to detail and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
