Description :
- Administer and configure Salesforce CRM ensuring proper setup and alignment with business needs.
- Create and manage custom dashboards reports and workflows to support various departments.
- Build and optimize sequences and automation workflows to enhance marketing sales and customer service processes.
- Perform regular data imports exports and integrations with other tools as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues providing technical support to users.
- Train and support team members on Salesforce best practices ensuring effective platform usage.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and updates to implement to optimize business processes.
- Monitor system performance ensuring data integrity and proper usage across teams.
Skill Requirements - Essential :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience working with Salesforce CRM in a technical or admin capacity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforces reporting dashboard workflow and sequence-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Skill Requirements - Preferable :
