Bilingual Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This position is with a federally qualified health center serving a diverse pediatric population with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking families in a collaborative patient-centered environment.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $90000 to $120000 (commensurate with experience)
Productivity bonuses paid quarterly up to $3600 annually
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are negotiable

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric care to patients from birth through age 21
MondayThursday: 8:00 AM5:00 or 5:30 PM (one slightly longer day) Friday: half day
Average of 1820 patients per day
Perform well-child checks sick visits immunizations and chronic disease management
Collaborate with physicians PAs and clinical staff
Utilize eClinicalWorks (ECW) EMR system
Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida
Board Certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP or FNP with pediatric experience)
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
New graduates considered with strong pediatric rotations
Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
