Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Location: Hyannis MA
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
Working Days: Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday
Optional Schedule: Monday Thursday
Shift: Day Shift 7:30 AM 6:00 PM
Weekends/Holidays: Not required

Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides rehabilitative services to patients by evaluating functional abilities developing individualized treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mobility recovery and overall quality of life. This role supports interdisciplinary care delivery in a rehabilitation-focused clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients physical conditions functional limitations and rehabilitation needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and patient goals.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities to restore function and reduce pain.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises injury prevention and home care programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and rehabilitation team members to support coordinated care.
Adhere to safety protocols infection control guidelines and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License (required).
Current BLS certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative care team.
