Job Summary
Store Manager Loris Gifts

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve performance goals.
- Build positive relationships with hospital partners and respond to feedback with professionalism.
- Recruit train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory merchandising and promotional activities to maximize sales.
- Ensure operational excellence through scheduling compliance and daily procedures.
- Address customer concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
- Uphold safety security and company standards at all times.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience including 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Experience in specialty or big-box retail is a plus.
