The Strategic PMO team at Income drives high-impact initiatives that shape the companys future direction. We lead cross-functional strategic projects identified by the Executive Committee and Board focusing on segments such as business transformation and process improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in project reviews and help identify delivery risks.
- Support tracking and reporting of strategic project progress.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Contribute to change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support project decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Strategic PMO team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing any undergraduate degree with an interest in business strategy or technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) essential for day-to-day work in the Strategic PMO
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and spot trends
- Clear and confident communicator; comfortable speaking up sharing ideas and asking questions
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks even when theyre new or unfamiliar
- Organised dependable and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working in a diverse collaborative team and contributes positively to team culture
