Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental office experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)required
Stronginsurance verification and benefits knowledge
Ability tomultitask prioritize and work efficiently under pressure
Skilled inanswering phones scheduling and assisting patients with appointments
Excellentcustomer service professionalism and teamwork
Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Friendly positive attitude with a commitment to exceptional patient care
Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling confirmations and patient inquiries
Verify insurance eligibility and accurately enter information into the system
Collect co-pays and ensure accurate patient check-in/check-out procedures
Support providers and office manager with daily administrative tasks
Maintain an organized and efficient front office work-flow

- Customer Service; acknowledge smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
- Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling Appointments
- Maintaining Appointment Book
- Confirming Appointments
- Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments
- Register Patients on sign in sheet
- Post charges and payments to patient accounts
- Checking voicemail on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Qualifications

- Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO)
- Experience answering telephone
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
