What Youll Do
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with IDN stakeholders across regions.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and Daniels Health solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell cross-sell and contract renewals.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage multi-region agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding and service.
- Monitor KPIs compliance and sustainability metrics; conduct quarterly business reveiws.
- Provide education and best practices for waste management and infection control.
- Act as the escalation point for complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Travel regularly (4060%) to strengthen relationships and oversee implementations.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in healthcare account management preferably with IDNs or national accounts.
- Proven success managing multi-region accounts and driving strategic growth.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong negotiation consultative selling and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and data reporting tools.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location.
