Compensation:Depends on Experience Hourly Full-Time

TMD Staffing is hiring a creative organized Social Media and Brand Coordinator to manage our companys image and online presence.

The ideal candidate will be up to date with digital technologies and social media trends able to communicate the Companys views creatively and to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports company goals.
• Create edit and publish engaging daily content across Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and more.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print marketing.
• Manage online interactions: respond to comments messages and monitor reviews.
• Stay updated on social trends new features and digital best practices.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support recruiting operations and marketing needs.
• Produce and distribute a monthly internal newsletter.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions.

Desired Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook LinkedIn TikTok Instagram etc.).
• Must have experience with Meta Business Suite and Canva.
• Strong writing editing and content management skills.
• Knowledge of SEO keyword research and analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.).
• Ability to work independently meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• BS in Marketing or relevant field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Staffing industry experience is a plus.
