On-Call Pay Range: $26.00 - 29.17 / hour (based on union scale)

Shift Differentials (to be added to the hourly base rate of pay):

• Evening Shift: $1.00
• Night Shift $1.75
• Weekend Day Shift: $1.50
• Weekend Evening Shift: $2.50
• Weekend Night Shift: $3.25

Available Schedule(s):

• Day shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm
• Evening shift: 2:45pm - 11:15pm
• Night shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

Summary:

We are currently looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (NAC) to bring a smile and help support our residents in living to their fullest potential. Our residents love the staff and you can help make a difference for them!

What Youll Do

• Provide excellent personal care to elders including meal service eating bathing grooming dressing oral care toileting and incontinence care and transfers/mobility.
• Check each resident routinely to ensure personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes.
• Assist with meeting the emotional social leisure and spiritual needs of elders.
• Assist with maintaining a safe sanitary and comfortable home for each elder.
• Report all changes in elders condition to assigned nurse supervisor according to policy.

*We provide CPR renewal First-Aid renewals Food Worker Permit renewal and continuing education at NO COST to you!

What Were Looking For:

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent
• Required experience is flexible new graduates are welcome!
• Must have an active WA State Nursing Assistant Certification
• WA State Food Worker Card (Due within 14 days from date of hire)
• CPR AED - BLS Certification (Certification due within 30 days from date of hire)

• WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training Certificate & WA DSHS Mental Health Specialty Training Certificate (Required to complete these two training sessions within 90 days from your date of hire If you have not completed this requirement previously or cannot locate a copy of your training certifications)
