Job Summary

参与公司质量环境职业健康安全管理体系的建立负责各体系的运行维护工作负责公司管理体系的顾客审核及第三方审核

Participate in the establishment of the companys quality environment occupational health and safety management system be responsible for the operation and maintenance of each system and be responsible for the customer audit and third-party audit of the companys management system.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for customer audit and third-party audit of the companys management system
Organization and implementation of internal audit (including system audit process audit layer process audit and product audit) and management review and track closing all the open issues
Responsible for the preparation update and optimization of system management documents; supervise and evaluate the implementation of system documents; responsible for the management and training of document change points.
Supervise the responsible department to analyze and rectify the problems of the non-conforming items and track and review the effectiveness of the measures.
Implement control measures according to environmental factors and hazards and wear personal protective equipment as required.

Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies.

任职要求

Bachelors degree or above major in material science mechanical engineering chemical engineering electric engineering and other related majors; more than 3 years of quality system management experience with a solid management foundation of quality experience in system audit and process audit and experience in dealing with second- and third-party audits.
3年以上的管理体系管理经验具有扎实的质量管理体系管理基础具备体系审核和过程审核经验及应对二方三方审核的经验
Familiar with IATF16949 standard and core tools of the automotive industry (APQP FMEA SPC MSA and PPAP) master process-oriented audit methods and have IATF16949 internal auditor qualification.

Familiar with VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit.

Good command of English read write and speak.
Must have the awareness of information security protection.
