Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:Full-time role with 36 patient contact hours per week (FTE negotiable for less than full-time) Flexible 4-day workweek schedule EPIC EMR with AI tools for efficient charting Patient load: 18-22 patients per day on average Support team: o1:1 Medical Assistant (MA) ratio goaloMAs assist with in-basket managementoRNs float between providers and handle all phone triageoOn-site services: Specialty care advanced imaging and laboratory oResource Pharmacists available The Everett Clinic joined Optum in 2019 working together across the Puget Sound the partnership means were able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services.
