The French Section of Taipei European School is looking for qualified candidates for a French literature Teacher available August 1 2026. Candidates should have a High Level of French proficiency and with C1 level English proficiency.
Le candidat doit être de préférence titulaire de léducation nationale (avec la possibilité dobtenir au moins deux ans de détachement) ou bien davoir obtenu un master MEEF (Métiers de lEnseignement de lÉducation et de la Formation) en lettres modernes. Il/elle aura comme responsabilité dexercer sa mission dans le cadre des programmes définis par lÉducation Nationale et mis en œuvre dans notre projet détablissement. Le service denseignement à temps complet est réparti sur le collège et le lycée. Le candidat devra avoir une expérience en classe de première notamment en tant quexaminateur/correcteur des EAF. Il/elle sera attaché(e) à la maîtrise de la langue française au sein dun parcours plurilingue bénéfique pour lélève. Bienveillant et exigeant envers lui-même il/elle devra lêtre aussi envers ses élèves tout en prenant en compte leur diversité et les besoins particuliers de certains dentre eux.
Nous valorisons la pédagogie par projet (disciplinaire ou transdisciplinaire) ainsi que la différenciation inscrite au cœur des pratiques. Il/elle sattachera à promouvoir la maîtrise de la langue française à travers lorganisation de projets pédagogiques spécifiques tout en étant une personne-ressource pour que la langue française soit travaillée dans toutes les disciplines. Ainsi le/la candidat(e) est conscient(e) de limportance du travail en équipe afin de faciliter la mise en cohérence et lharmonisation des pratiques de classe. A Master of Education Degree from a recognized University.
A Degree from a recognized University plus either Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) CAPES or equivalent
A Bachelor of Education Degree from a recognized University will be considered with relevant experience or/ holding a State Board of Education Certification (CAPES etc.). Outstanding teachers from others backgrounds will be considered if the applicant is willing to learn and work with TES system and ethos.
Qualifications such as TESOL DELTA TESOL DELF or other Language Teaching are a plus.
