What are we looking for
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations Commercial and Operations guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate you will have current or previous experience as a General Manager within a similar quality hotel and ideally experience of managing renovation projects.

The Property
Are you an experienced hotel General Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional commercial performance and guest experiences. The Hilton London Paddington Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and talented Hotel General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation and success of our property.
The Hilton London Paddington forms part of the Paddington Station complex and was originally the idea of Isambard Kingdom Brunel and was built to rival the facilities of the great hotels on the Continent. The hotel was purchased by its current owners in 1986 bringing it back to life. This art deco-inspired hotel re-opened its doors in 2002. There are 423 guest rooms a fitness centre on-site 19 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 350 guests Executive Lounge and three busy food and beverage outlets.
The Role
This exciting General Manager position will be responsible for managing the hotel Hotel Management team hotel targets to deliver excellent Guest and Team Member experience while managing profitability and meeting our Owners expectations.
