Job Summary
Were looking for aProduction Coordinatorto join ourmanufacturing operations team in Topeka KS. If youre an organized hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep production running smoothly this role is for you.
What Youll Do
Coordinate daily production schedules to meet timelines and quality goals
Manage inventory work orders and material flow
Collaborate with procurement engineering and logistics teams
Track production KPIs and drive process improvements
Support Lean initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO OSHA and USDA standards
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in production coordination or manufacturing operations
Strong understanding of production planning inventory management and supply chain fundamentals
Experience withERP systems(NetSuite preferred)
Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in operations Supply Chain or related field preferred
Background inag-tech or electro-mechanical assemblyis a plus
