At Abano Healthcare were looking for an experienced Level 3 - Service Desk Engineer to join our growing IT team in this newly created this role youll be responsible for providing high-level support managing IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations across our business.
What Youll Be Doing:
Solid experience with physical server builds and hardware maintenance and deployment
Microsoft Stack Support Windows Server administration troubleshooting and maintenance.
Office 365 Administration Managing users policies security and collaboration tools.
Intune & Autopilot Device management deployment and configuration.
Meraki & Networking Troubleshooting network issues and optimizing performance.
Azure Management Overseeing cloud resources security and automation.
Escalation & Problem-Solving Handling complex IT issues that require in-depth technical expertise.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in a Level 3 IT support or similar role.
Strong expertise in Windows Server Office 365 and Azure.
Hands-on experience with Intune Autopilot and endpoint management.
Networking knowledge including Meraki and general networking principles.
Problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills able to explain technical issues in simple terms.
