Are you an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults live with independence dignity and confidence Our Symbria Rehab Team in Englewood OH is seeking a Full-Time OT to join a collaborative resident-focused senior-living community as an employee-owner.
This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work grow professionally and be part of a team where your clinical expertise is truly valued.
Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Occupational Therapist you will play a vital role in improving residents quality of life by:
Evaluating residents and developing individualized goal-driven treatment plans
Delivering creative functional interventions that support ADLs cognition and independence
Supervising and collaborating with Occupational Therapy Assistants
Maintaining accurate documentation and productivity standards
Partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic resident outcomes
Serving as a trusted clinical resource for residents families and team members
Your work will help residents regain function confidence and meaningful participation in daily life.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Ohio OT license (or ability to obtain)
A passion for working with the older adult population
Strong communication organization and teamwork skills
Experience in acute care long-term care or rehab is preferredbut not required
