What Youll Do

As the Controller youll oversee day-to-day accounting month-end close financial reporting budgeting and cash flow management. Youll tighten internal controls improve processes partner closely with leadership and ensure the financials are accurate timely and actionable. This is a key leadership role with visibility across the entire company.

What You Bring

5 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting expertise
Experience leading month-end close budgeting and audits
Ability to manage mentor and develop accounting staff
Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
ERP/financial system experience advanced Excel abilities
CPA or MBA is a strong plus
