Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Electrophysiology (EP) Lab on a contract basis. This role requires specialized clinical knowledge sound judgment and advanced nursing skills to deliver safe patient-centered care across diverse populations. Care is provided in alignment with established nursing practice standards ethical guidelines and state nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive nursing care and education
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing standards
Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical competency maintenance

Education & Certifications

Required:

Diploma in Nursing
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS (American Heart Association)
ACLS (American Heart Association)

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
