Schedule: Full-time Standard business hours (MonFri 8am5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect develop and close new customer accounts while growing and maintaining existing relationships.
- Build strong partnerships with customers and carriers to ensure consistent reliable freight movement.
- Quote freight and negotiate rates to balance profitability with competitive market pricing.
- Manage shipments from pickup through delivery proactively resolving issues and maintaining service standards.
- Take full ownership of performance and results driving revenue growth through accountability and execution.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced team-oriented office setting.
- Occasional travel for customer visits or strategic meetings.

Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (we value skills and performance over formal education).
Experience
- 3PL experience preferred.
- Sales experience and account development are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with TMS platforms a plus.

- Highly driven competitive and money motivated.
- Relationship building and attention to detail.
- Resilient adaptable and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
