The Role:

The Slot Supervisor oversees the operation of the slots department.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the successful operation and performance of slot equipment.
Provides outstanding guest service to internal and external customers.
Delegate authority and assign responsibilities and work schedules to department staff.
Provide hands-on leadership to Slots department.
Assumes overall responsibility for the effective gaming service activities for an assigned area.
Maintains constant awareness of activities of all games in assigned area locations in order to observe and act appropriately in the even of any suspicious or irregular activity.
Controls and directs games in progress by monitoring and providing assistance and dealer correction

Qualifications:

One to three years management experience.
Gaming Industry experience a 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
Must be at least 18 Years of age.
Must possess excellent teamwork interpersonal customer service and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.
Hight school diploma / GED is required
