Job Summary
The main task of the function is to coordinate and verify the proper application of the quality standards defined customer requirements and other industry rules as ISO9001. To evaluate and improve process KPI solve issues trought problem solving methodologies. Implement and execute process and product monitoring and improving Ensure that all standards are meet during the product life time Document monitoring results
Qualifications :
Knowledge of the different types of product defects secure classification of the product condition with visual inspection Advanced
Knowledge of process and product evaluation methods and root cause identification in case problems Advanced
Handling of non conformance material and segregation steps to avoid escapes Advanced
Knowledge of the ISO9001 Advanced
Knowledge of core tools (MSA SPC FMEACPAPQP PPAP) Advanced
Knowledge on measurement instrument such as: Caliper micrometers π tape etc medium
Knowledge of respective test standards and their application SAEJ517 Medium
