Join us as our new QA Specialist...

We are now looking for a QA Specialist to cover a maternity leave in our Quality Team in Roskilde. As QA specialist you will play a key role in ensuring the right level of quality for our wide range of products. We oversee manufacturing of microbe products in different business areas covering everything from microbes for yogurt and cheese to probiotics for humans. This makes the quality landscape unique and complex as the range of guidelines we balance our quality after varies from Food to Infant and Pharma.

Welcome to the QA team

You will be joining our Quality Team in Roskilde and report to the QA Manager. We are part of the Quality Operations EU (microbes in Denmark) department an ambitious department of skilled and dedicated colleagues covering the QA activities on our 3 sites in Avedøre Roskilde and Hørsholm.

In this role youll make an impact by:

• Releasing products for dietary supplements infant nutrition and QP release of pharma products

• Reviewing batch documentation and compiling documentation to support product release

• Using electronic systems including SAP and LIMS

• Keeping SOPs up to date

• Involvement in handling and supporting deviations and investigations

• Planning executing and participating in audits from customers authorities and certifying bodies

• Planning and performing Internal audits

• Supporting our stakeholders e.g. QC Production Logistics Supply

• Keeping up to date with GMP and relevant regulatory requirements

• Participating in continuous improvement work relating to QA and release processes

To succeed you must hold:

• A qualified academic degree ideally a Masters degree in pharmacy Engineering or Food Science and Technology

• 2 to 5 years of work experience preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry

• A quality mindset with knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements e.g. Eudralex Vol. IV HACCP FSSCCFR part 111 and ISO 22000

• Knowledge and understanding of the quality processes e.g. release processes batch documentation and QP requirement

• Excellent communication skills and agood sense of humour

• Fluency in English and Danish at business level proficiency
