Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Louisville United States location. As a key member of our customer support team you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers addressing their inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Answer incoming customer calls emails and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process orders refunds and exchanges efficiently
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company policies products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting team goals
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
