Location: Bridgewater NJ

Compensation: $21.55/hr
Shift: 2nd shift (Mon - Fri)
Shift Differential: $0.50/hr

Discover Impactful Work:

The Chemical Packager is responsible for weighing filling labeling sealing and other packaging operations as well as general warehouse duties relating to packaging materials such as unloading bottle trucks and keeping packaging materials in order.

A day in the Life:

  • Weighing filling labeling sealing and other packaging operations for various bottle sizes
  • General warehouse duties relating to packaging materials such as unloading bottle trucks and keeping packaging materials in order.
  • Transport bulk material bottles caps and supplies to filling location.
  • Complete necessary information for recordkeeping.
  • Set up scale checks bottle size sets up containers to be filled.
  • Responsible for working safely and for producing quality products.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Preferred: Work experience in a manufacturing operations production lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge Skills Abilities:

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Candidates who are committed to working in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Worker must be capable of operating powered industrial trucks forklift operator experience is helpful

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with hazardous and non-hazardous materials
  • Ability to work alternately in a seated or standing position is required
