JOB SUMMARY:TheManagerOperationswilloversee thewarehousestudy and supplyinventoryand equipmentand facility maintenanceas well ascoordinatestudy set-upin preparation for laboratory workflows.

Ensuresthat all study material storage inventory and handlingisperformed safely andin accordance withGLP regulation.
Oversees materials coordination efforts and warehouse location by managing materials receipt shipment and study exit asrequired.
Overseesstaff responsible for study set-up including but not limited to documentation generation slide printing and cassette printing.
Monitors arrival of expected study materials and communicates internally with relevant StageBio personnel if there are issues with shipments.
Identifiesacquires and ensures the availability of materials and supplieswhilemaintainingprescribed inventory minimum.
Ordersmaterials and supplies as needed/requested for laboratory and warehouse.
Transfers study materials andsuppliesto thelaboratoryas necessary.
Overseesvalidation calibration and maintenance of new and existing equipment andestablish maintain revise and implement SOPs andforms as needed to address proper maintenance and use of the equipment.
Identifiesrequirements for packaging and shipping.
Develop and implement well-thought-out solutions to problems as they arise;advisesenior leadership in areas of quality and procedural improvement as necessary.
Support documentation scanning for internal remote audits.
Assistswith facility maintenance upkeep and improvementandmaintainsfacility records.
May work across otherStageBiolocations to harmonize Materials Coordination efforts.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREDEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
BS In Biology Biochemistry MS preferred or related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years relevant histology experience and three (3) years in a leadership role
HT(ASCP) HTL(ASCP) and/or QIHC (ASCP) certification preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks andto delegatethem whenappropriate.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
WORKING CONDITIONS /PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee may remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) up to 60% of the time
Occasionally required to traverse throughout the laboratory or to retrieve equipment supplies or specimens
The employeeis required tooperatecomputerkeyboard laboratory instruments and small laboratory tools such as pipettes cutting instruments glass tubesdishesand/or slides
Prolonged vision requirements including viewing computerscreenand paper reports/documents
Visual acuity isrequiredto distinguish fine gradation of color or structure and closely examine specimens
Exposure to toxinsexist but potential for personal injury or harm is minimized ifestablishedsafety and health precautions are followed
Able to read and understand all Safety Guidelines applicable to assigned work area
Working in laboratory environment where there may be discomforts due to odors noise temperature fluctuations and working around lab equipment
Use of personal protective equipment may be advised orrequired
