Supervise and control daily bar operations in accordance with hotel/outlet standards
Ensure beverage quality service standards and overall guest satisfaction
Manage bar staff including work scheduling on-the-job training and performance evaluation
Oversee beverage equipment and material inventory including ordering and cost control
Ensure cleanliness organization and hygiene of the bar area
Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional manner
Comply with safety hygiene and legal regulations related to alcohol service
Support the Bar Manager in sales planning promotions and special events
Prepare relevant reports such as sales inventory and incident reports
Qualifications :
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
At least 23 years of experience in a bar or Food & Beverage operation
Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good knowledge of beverages cocktails wines and service standards
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Previous hotel experience will be an advantage
