- Manage user and e-banking accounts access rights and roles by defined policies and procedures.
- Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems applications and resources.
- Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Respond promptly to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries collaborating with another team.
- Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and correctly.
- Perform a password reset
- Respond to phone calls from clients providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Active Directory
RSA and HID Platforms (MFA)
Azure Entra-ID and O365
Methodical and rigorous
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Sense of contact listening skills and team spirit
Excellent oral and phone contact
Ability to define and manage work priorities
Ability to handle pressure
