Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic hard working team player to join our close-knit team on a full-time permanent contract Tuesday - Saturday.
Based at our busy Christchurch Food and Water testing Laboratory this is a hands-on role reporting to the Section Team Leader but which entails a degree of supervisory and mentoring duties of other Laboratory Technicians. The purpose of the role is to carry out the microbiological analysis of a variety of food and water samples.
Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualification in microbiology/biology
- At least one years experience working in a commercial Food or Water testing laboratory

Along with sound technical skills great time-management and an absolute commitment to quality the ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
