Equipment Engineer

• Lead the design and improvement equipment project.
• Oversee system characterization simulation correlation and validation for protocols and equipment.
• Develop and maintain equipment frameworks including scripting and deployment across multiple stations.
• supporting equipment  activities for new production lines or process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in data collection analysis and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering Process EHS & etc
• Prepare documentation and presentations as required by the project team. 

Qualifications :

REQUIRED:

• Education: Bachelors degree in E&E Engineering Systems Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

SKILLS:

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in automation systems scripting languages (such as Python PLC or any programming language)
• Project Leadership: Proven track record in leading engineering projects 
• Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing electronics and process engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Mentorship from experienced ET&A professionals.
• Exposure to real-world project management and process improvement.

PREFERRED:

• Programing Strong interest in equipment technology automation and project management.
• Extensive experience (usually 2 years) in automation electronic design hardware development or validation engineering.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
