Purpose of the Role:
As a Hospitality Musketeer youll represent Red Bull within the hotel industry building strategic partnerships with key properties to ensure premium execution visibility and availability of the brand across all hotel consumption points. Youll drive volume growth while positioning Red Bull as the preferred beverage for delivering unique high-value guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Relationships: Partner with hotel stakeholders (concierges bar managers F&B directors) to establish Red Bull as a trusted and premium choice in hospitality.
• Execute the Red Bull Culture: Ensure top-tier visibility and engagement across all consumption points from bars to events while embodying professionalism and deep knowledge of the industry.
• Drive Business Growth: Maximize opportunities through strategic partnerships creative activations and effective account management to grow distribution and ensure Red Bull is featured on menus served perfectly chilled and priced optimally.
• Event Activation: Negotiate and execute Red Bulls presence at corporate events conferences weddings and other hospitality-driven occasions.
• Territory Management: Analyze the market identify opportunities and maintain strong relationships with accounts to drive consistent growth. Collaborate with distributors to ensure proper distribution and brand execution.
• On-Premise Marketing: Implement Red Bulls strategy in hospitality using innovative tools to enhance brand visibility and guest experiences.
• Market Research: Monitor competitors identify new openings and uncover strategic opportunities in the hotel ecosystem.

Qualifications :

Previous experience working in the hospitality night-life and/or FMCG industry preferred.
Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community is beneficial.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy fast-paced field-based environment.
Strategic innovative commercially aware (shows understanding of sales and finance processes).
Strong planning prioritisation and organisational ability.
Strong analytical ability (analyse sales and customer data).
Street smart. Know whats going on in the streets understand all groups of people what every type of person has to deal with daily and know how to act around them.
Self-aware and able to adapt communication presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene. Excellent communication active listening skills and the ability to negotiate.
