Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the private building sector especially CAPEX-intensive projects.
- Develop strong client relationships with industrial estate developers factory owners property investors and contractors.
- Promote services across the building lifecycle: design review quality control construction supervision and commissioning support.
- Lead proposal development pricing strategy and contract negotiation processes.
- Coordinate closely with technical and operations teams to develop tailored competitive offers.
- Monitor project pipelines and market trends in the industrial and commercial building sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales business development or project delivery in the industrial building manufacturing facilities data centers warehouses or high rise buildings (real estate sector).
- Strong network in the industrial and commercial development space (industrial parks EPCs property developers).
- Experience selling project-based services such as PMC QA/QC safety supervision or sustainability consulting.
- Strong communication negotiation and client management skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical background preferred.
