Job Summary
- Lead engaging and high-energy spin classes that cater to various fitness levels.
- Develop creative and challenging spin routines to keep classes exciting and effective.
- Provide clear instructions on proper techniques form and safety.
- Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive class atmosphere that fosters camaraderie and motivation.
- Support participants in setting and achieving their fitness goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized spin studio space.
- Stay updated with fitness trends and integrate new ideas into your classes.
Qualifications :
- Certified Spin Instructor with a reputable fitness certification
- Strong passion for fitness and helping others succeed.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse fitness levels and class dynamics.
- Enthusiastic friendly and outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Prior experience leading group fitness classes is advantageous.
