Job Summary
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all M&E projects ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards implement best practices in project planning resource allocation and risk management.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor Project Managers Engineers and support staff foster a culture of collaboration accountability and professional development.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and subcontractors represent the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations quality standards and industry codes oversee audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets forecasts and financial performance identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in senior operations leadership within the M&E or building services sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems project delivery and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Familiarity with UK building regulations CDM and health & safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across different regions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Building Services Engineering Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional certifications (e.g. CSCS Managers Card SMSTS IOSH/NEBOSH) desirable.
- Minimum 10 years experience in M&E project delivery with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
