Your main purpose : 

• Be technically responsible for product/material anticipation and development processes through to manufacturing stage.
• Propose solutions to ensure new concepts designs components and materials meet project objectives (cost lead times quality).

Main Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Propose solutions aligned with project objectives (cost deadlines quality).
• Centralize and coordinate technical files (tech pack CAD) for development and industrialization.
• Explore and develop innovative high-performance reliable solutions.
• Define technical choices for products/materials balancing innovation and risk.
• Create physical or virtual prototypes.
• Co-validate prototype performance (cost lead time quality durability) with project team.

Votre mission principale :

• Être responsable techniquement des processus danticipation et de développement des produits/matériaux jusquà la phase de fabrication.
• Proposer des solutions pour garantir que les nouveaux concepts designs composants et matériaux répondent aux objectifs du projet (coût délais qualité).

Principales responsabilités :

• Proposer des solutions en adéquation avec les objectifs du projet (coût délais qualité).
• Centraliser et coordonner les dossiers techniques (tech pack CAO) pour le développement et lindustrialisation.
• Explorer et développer des solutions innovantes performantes et fiables.
• Définir les choix techniques pour les produits et matériaux en équilibrant innovation et prise de risque.
• Réaliser des prototypes physiques ou virtuels.
• Co-valider la performance des prototypes (coût délais qualité durabilité) avec léquipe projet.

Qualifications :

Your profile : 

• 5 years minimum in a similar position
• Proficiency in CAD tools.
• Command of Pack Office.
• Knowledge of materials production techniques product construction/manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
• Expertise in apparel pattern making ideally with a technical or outdoor focus.
• Experience in the outdoor industry particularly in running or lightweight products.
• Strong knowledge of industrialization processes.
• Experience working in Asia is a plus.

Desired Qualification : 

• Masters degree preferred.
• Fluent English.

Votre profil :

• Minimum 5 ans dexpérience dans un poste similaire
• Maîtrise des outils CAO
• Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
• Connaissance des matériaux des techniques de production de la construction/fabrication de produits de lingénierie et de lindustrialisation
• Expertise en modélisme (pattern making) idéalement avec une spécialisation technique ou outdoor
• Expérience dans lindustrie outdoor en particulier dans le running ou les produits légers
• Solide connaissance des processus dindustrialisation
• Une expérience de travail en Asie est un plus

Qualification souhaitée :

• Master (Bac 5) de préférence
• Anglais courant

Additional Information :

• Contract : Full time permanent
• Job based : Annecy
• Business trip to Asia : 2 to 3 times per year 

• Contrat : CDI Temps plein
• Localisation: Annecy
• Déplacements : 2 à 3 fois par en en Asie
