Role Summary
The Associate Logistics Supplier Acquisition is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics assets and branding compliance. This role involves a dual focus: maintaining strict inventory control over rider equipment and shipments and overseeing the branding standards of our fleet. You will coordinate with riders warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure inventory accuracy and branding consistency.

Category Responsibilities Inventory & Warehouse Operations:
- End-to-End Inventory Control: Manage daily stock levels record container shipments and register all transactions immediately in the platform to ensure real-time data accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Equipment Lifecycle & Audits: Oversee the distribution and collection of rider equipment (onboarding/offboarding) and perform regular physical counts to reconcile system data.
- Warehouse Coordination: Direct the warehouse team on distribution guidelines to ensure seamless daily operations.
Reporting & Strategic Improvement:
- Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports on branding compliance 3PL updates and budget performance to enhance decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with operations to resolve logistical financial or branding challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Make proactive suggestions for productivity improvements within the logistics and inventory processes.

Technical Skills:
Data Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and maintaining complex trackers (e.g. 3PL Inventory platforms).
Stakeholder Management: Orchestrate workflows between external partners (3PLs Suppliers) and internal departments ( Logistics Regional Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
Soft Skills:
Problem Solving: Ability to address logistical financial and operational challenges proactively.
Communication: Good communication skills for effective interaction with riders suppliers warehouse staff regional and finance teams.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks (inventory counts permit renewals reporting) and prioritize effectively.
Leadership: Ability to oversee and manage personnel effectively in supplier operations.
